**What's the role?**:
We are looking for a new team member for our Human Resources department who can provide general human resources-related service and operational support to Hilti employees and management groups.

**What does the role involve?**:

- Your Roles and Responsibilities in this positions will be:
- Supporting the organization by providing a high-level service for operational HR topics.
- Entering all data regarding HR related specifics into the HR System (as example; new hires, role changes, dismissals, hiring, relocations,)
- Supporting and giving guidance to all employees in regards to all employee relationship and contractual topics
- Supporting and challenging other HR functions to ensure consistent quality and consistency on all HR services across the organization

**What you need is**:

- Minimum 2 years experience of HR integrated Expertise.
- Global & Cultural Awareness.
- Business Acumen and good communication.
- English advanced.
