ZEUS es una HR Tech, Startup, dedicada a la venta de Test de Personalidad y Psicometría, Head Hunting Virtual, venta de Consultoría en RRHH y Outplacement. Estamos buscando nuestro PARTNER Bussiness Development Representative, que nos ayude a exponenciar nuestras ventas y en un futuro muy próximo liderar para México la gerencia de Business Development de ZEUS.
**Responsabilidades**
- Identificar nuevos clientes potenciales
- Apoyar en las ideas de Promoción y Marketing
- Buscar activamente nuevas oportunidades de venta mediante los medios que considere necesarios para la captación de clientes, llamadas en frío, redes y medios sociales
- Establecer reuniones con clientes potenciales y escuchar sus deseos y preocupaciones
- Preparar y realizar presentaciones adecuadas sobre productos y servicios
- Hacer demostración de productos o servicios
- Negociar/cerrar tratos y gestionar quejas u objeciones
- Atender a sus clientes en cuanto a la funcionalidad del sistema ZEUS
- Crear revisiones e informes frecuentes con datos financieros y de ventas
- Asistir a ferias o eventos comerciales
- Conseguir los objetivos de ventas fijados
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para lograr incrementar las ventas
**Requisitos**
- La persona que se postule debe contar con al menos 3 años de experiência en venta de servicios intangibles, preferiblemente en el area de consultoría de RRHH
- Coach con más de 3 años de experiência
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por periodo de prueba
Duración del contrato: 3 meses
Salario: $20,000.00 - $100,000.00 al mes
Horario:
- Turno de 8 horas
