Overview:
Directly responsible for the successful execution of Customer Care activities in MCCA Region, and for the team of professionals who are assigned to carry out those sales and service activities. Responsible for growing the aftermarket business by developing outstanding relationships with the customers, and ensuring their needs and requirements are being met or exceeded.

**Responsibilities**:

- Align with Global Customer Care Manager, Global Product Line Manager and Regional Sales Manager(s) to develop and grow the aftermarket business in MCCA.
- Actively organize and participate in customer visits (per silhouettes) and ensure customer base is touched multiple times per year. Understand and document installed base, and other potential customer opportunities. Develop plans to win more business from existing and potential future installed base.
- Write processes, procedures and policies as required. And ensure they are executed and followed by subordinates. Contribute to improvements in internal processes, standards and designs to insure efficient development of systems and products to meet our customers and our business expectations. Manage all continuous improvement initiatives in areas of responsibility
- Meet with potential customers as needed by sales staff to determine needs along with recommending solutions. Be recognized as a technical leader and offer significant contributions to a variety of problems and/or projects.
- Participate in onsite customers events including start-ups and/or trouble-shooting of food processing equipment, and/or for self or operator training. Assist in the performance of audits as necessary. Ensure that project costs and schedules are met.
- Responsible for managing the relationship of existing customers, and for new customers after take over from project management on new projects.
- Responsible for managing all quotation activity for parts, services, projects and PRoCARE agreements for customers in MCCA.
- Provide leadership and development activities and opportunities that align with the overall strategies and goals of the business.Responsible for following up on all parts, service, projects and PRoCARE agreement opportunities, and for providing an annual forecast and monthly forecast updates for all significant NTO’s. Communicate all quotation/opportunity activity, and develop strategies to win more businessResponsible for managing the day to day activities of the team of people reporting to the position.

Qualifications:
**Knowledge and Skills**:

- BS in engineering, food science or business related degree, and/or at least 10 to 15 years technical and leadership experience within a JBT business, focused in/on the aftermarket industry.
- At least 10 to 15 years relevant experience working with industrial machines and machine controls.
- Ability to understand PC based control systems with Microsoft O/S
- Ability to read machine control electrical schematics
Broad understanding of the aseptic processing and packaging industry, and knowledge of competing & alternative technologies.
- Ability to communicate and participate in a team environment, and to lead and develop others to do the same
- Ability to anticipate potential problems and take preventative actions, or coach others to do the same
- Strong technical and business writing skills.
- Has or can obtain a valid US Passport. Maintain valid driver’s license
