Is responsible for executing a targeted prospecting strategy defined by the marketing team. The SDR contacts and qualifies pre-assigned accounts that fit the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), with the main goal of generating sales opportunities by booking qualified meetings. The role works closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure alignment with outreach campaigns and provides ongoing feedback on market behavior and lead quality.
- Schedule qualified meetings.
- Accurately record all interactions and progress in the CRM (HubSpot).
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on prospect responses, objections,

and relevant trends.
- Follow up with early-stage or unqualified accounts, keeping them warm

through lead nurturing.

Experiência y requisitos
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or business development (ideally in logistics)
- Advanced English
- Computational skills: HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Results-driven
- mindset, focused on generating real sales opportunities.
- Ability totailor outreach messages to the specific profile of assigned accounts.
- Open communication and continuous feedback loop.
