Spines is a cutting-edge publishing house that uses AI technologies to streamline and accelerate the production process. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth.

As an SDR at Spines you will play a pivotal role in our growth by generating and qualifying new leads, promoting our cutting-edge products and services, and contributing to our sales success. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to identify and nurture relevant sales opportunities. This role requires the ability to adjust to rapidly-changing environments in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and a desire to learn and grow.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation: proactively identify and source new leads through various channels, including research, cold calling, and outreach.
Sales Target Achievement: meet and exceed targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Product Promotion: effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and services to potential clients.
Collaboration: work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure a seamless handover of prospects to the sales team.
Adaptability: demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and remotely under a large number of calls in a fast-paced sales environment.

**Qualifications**:
Energetic, self-motivated, and a self-starter mentality with a passion for sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Minimum qualification of C1 English.
Previous experience in sales and lead qualification is highly preferred.
Previous experience with Salesforce or equivalent is highly preferred.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Salary**:

- Starting salary 800 USD per month
- Commission

Work Location: CDMX
