Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _
- Senior Process Engineer_

- Reporting to the Process Engineer Manager, Senior Process Engineer role involves_
- responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing_
- organization._

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Understand the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques and the product_
- _ Define, Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability._
- _ Have the capability to independently or together with other engineering stakeholders identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process_
- _ High level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues_
- _ Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production._
- _ Support and oversee new process equipment production._
- _ Support the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs)._
- _ Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters_
- _ Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies._
- _ Trouble shoot process related issues._
- _ Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements._
- _ Evaluate and select various engineered materials._
- _ Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products._

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ Experience as Process Engineer in electronics manufacturing industry_
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Indispensable experience in SMT and PTH process._
- _ Strong knowledge in the complete PCBA process._
- _ SMT Process, Deck, Reflow Ovens (Troubleshooting)_
- _ OLA Process (Tooling Design and Problem Solving)_
- _ Process Design/Preforms_
- _ Router (Tooling Design)_
- _ Knowledge in mechanical assembly._
- _ Lean Manufacturing Knowledge_
- _ Experience with Personal management is also a plus_
- _ Must be proficient in English_
- _ NPI and transfers experience is also a plus_
