- Resolves complex employee relations inquires through the investigative process for all U.S. based employees.
- Ensures fair treatment of employees and compliance with all U.S. state and federal employment/labor laws.
- Provides advice and counsel to managers regarding company practices, company policies and employment laws.
- Provides recommendations for an enhanced work environment, potential training needs, policy enhancements and employee development.
- Advises and offers on-demand support to line managers on day-to-day people issues.
- Coaches line managers to help them refine their people management skills; either one on one or through live sessions on various topics
- Works with little direction and acts independently to determine best path forward
- Uses appropriate tracking software and ensures data integrity is maintained. Properly documents and tracks all pertinent information to ensure compliance.
- Partners with Legal, Corporate Security, Ethics, Internal Audit, Governance and all other appropriate leadership to ensure investigations and actions are handled in the appropriate manner.
- Assists on special projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Prior experience as HR generalist with a heavy focus in Employee Relations
- 5+ years of HR experience in multiple HR areas
- Must have extensive experience in U.S. labor laws.
- Requires experience in HR Investigations and Risk Mitigation
- English speaking required
