**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide Tier 2 support for Windows laptops and Apple products, including MacBooks, iPads, and iPhones.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Deliver Level 1 A/V support for in-office meeting rooms and events.
- Assist with printer support, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical problems to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with end users to provide hands-on support and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Assist with deploying and maintaining IT assets, including laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in desktop support.

**Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows laptops and Apple products (MacBook, iPad, iPhone).
- Knowledge of basic A/V setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience in printer setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with end users.
- Ability to work onsite and provide face-to-face support in an office environment.
- Ability to document technical procedures and maintain records accurately.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple support requests efficiently.

**Required Technical Skills**:

- Windows OS and macOS support experience.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity troubleshooting).
- Printer setup and maintenance.
- Mobile device management (iOS devices).
- A/V support for meetings and events.
