En **Azzule Systems** nos encontramos en búsqueda de talento para la posición de **Servicio al Cliente Bilingüe**, trabajo remoto.

**Objetivo del puesto**:
Proporcionar asistencia y servicio, haciendo que la experiência de nuestros clientes, como compañeros de trabajo, sea agradable y consistentemente productiva.

**Competencias**:

- Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Comunicación, Relaciones Públicas, Administración, Bioquímica, Agricultura, Biotecnología o afín.
- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
- Experiência deseable en servicio al cliente, negociaciones, captura de datos (1 año).
- Dominio de paquetes computacionales: Paquetería office.
- Excelente comunicación telefónica, verbal y escrita, y habilidades interpersonales consistentes.
- Responsable y fuerte ética de trabajo.
- Enfoque en los detalles.
- Trabajo bajo presión.
- Alta habilidad para atender multitareas.
- Habilidad para planificar y organizar el trabajo.

**Actividades**:

- Actuar como enlace con oficinas internacionales.
- Revisar y actualizarla base de datos.
- Atender los tickets que sean asignados por su supervisor.
- El trabajador prestará sus servicios personales en el puesto de servicio a clientes y entre sus tareas se encargará de contestar de manera amable, eficaz y oportuna en el teléfono.
- Proveer un servicio profesional, consistente y de alta calidad, tanto a nuestros clientes internos como externos.
- Participar en actividades de asesorías y/o capacitación interna.
- Atención puntual y regular conforme a los horarios de trabajo asignados, a menos que se llegue a un acuerdo mutuo entre empleado y dirección.
- Realizar otros deberes y tareas asignados por su supervisor.
