**Empresa Global de la industria de Telecomunicaciones se encuentra buscando**:IT Support Analyst**

**Actividades**:
Asistir al área de IT con las siguientes funciones:
*Manejo del sistema de tickets interno para la asistencia del personal a nível LATAM

*Asistencia remota para la configuración de equipos, impresoras, usuarios, etc.

*Preparar o reasignar equipos de computo para nuevos ingresos.

*Mantenimiento y reparación de los equipos locales.

*Supervisar que los procesos o solicitudes del departamento de IT sigan las políticas internas.

*Búsqueda de nuevas tecnologías para el desarrollo de la empresa.

*Soporte a usuarios con dudas que surjan en relación a sus herramientas de trabajo.

**Requisitos**:
*Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, Informatica o afín.

*Inglés Avanzando.

*Disponibilidad de Tiempo.

*Experiência mínima de 2 años en actividades similares.

*Interés en el área de eletrónica celular.

*Manejo de paquetería Office Avanzado.

**Ofrecemos**:
*Salario: $18,000 a $21,000 brutos mensuales de acuerdo a experiência

*Home Office 2 veces x semana.

*SGMM

*Vales de despensa al 10%

*Fondo de Ahorro 13%

*21 días de Vacaciones.

*30 días de Aguinaldo.

*Prestaciones de Ley.

*Contrato directo con la empresa.

*Zona de Trabajo: Polanco, Anuahuac 2 Secc.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Salario: $18,000.00 - $21,000.00 al mes
