Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, this role involves responsibilities for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a PCBA manufacturing organization.

What a typical day looks like:

- Understand the manufacturing SMT & Wave solder processes.
- Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters.
- Implement safety, productivity and yield improvements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Development of SPI programs.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.
- Data management MiniTab, Excel (pivot tables).
- Knowledge in SMT and Backend process.
- Advanced English communication skills (verbal and Written).
- Knowledge in interpretation of oven profiles and laminar wave.
- Experience in PCBA and mechanical assembly.
