Location: Bosques de las Lomas, Mexico City

MAIN PURPOSE:
The main purpose of the job is to coordinate the delivery of innovation plans for Skin Care Category across Latam, achieving on time in full implementation. By being a regional scope, interfaces with multifunctional and multicultural teams are usual.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Ensure innovations projects are launched OTIF while delivering a responsive supply chain at the lowest possible end-to-end supply chain cost, guaranteeing product quality and accretive gross margin.
- Build and maintain timeline with inputs from broader project team, holding cross-functiional team members accountable for on time delivery of their tasks to ensure key milestones are achieved OTIF. Manage the overall project networks.
- Evaluate risk and escalate to key stakeholders when necessary.
- Update risk management plans developed by project team.
- Co-lead risk assessments, and make sure action plans are embedded in the project timeline.
- Ensure that the Supply Chain has the necessary capacities and capabilities to produce the innovations for all assigned sourcing sites.- Lead the project team through the gate move checklists.- Lead supply chain readiness and flawless launch management meetings prior to launch, as well as projects to be presented in technical meetings.- Manage communication with all key project stakeholders being global, regional & local.

WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

- Engineering or Administration degree or equivalents.- Career Backgroud in planning, engineering (T&E) or R&D.- Experience in project management and microsoft tools as per MS Project and Office.- Advanced English.- Intermediate Financial concepts background.- Leadership and negotiation behaviours.
