We are searching for the best talent for Operations Coordinator to be in Juárez.

Purpose: Prepare reports, purchase orders, supporting all administrative functions. Coordinate credo survey logistics.
Comply with safety policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Conducts studies, performs research and prepares reports.
Administrate purchase orders.
Ensures compliance with rules and regulations.
Responsible for supporting all administrative functions for operations department.
Experience to include but not limited to, presentations, meetings and events coordination, etc.
Must coordinate credo survey logistics along with local credo champion.
Compliance with safety policies and procedures
Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned
Follow J&J Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention
Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records
and Information Management, Vital Records and third-party vendor if applicable.

**Qualifications**
Qualifications and requirements:
5+ years’ experience in an administrative position.

A minimum of High School Diploma and/or Technical Education

Bilingual: English/ Spanish preferred
GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relations at all levels of the organization
Analysis capacity
Ability in using the software related to the activities described, spreadsheets, presentation and word
processing.
