Description

Responsible for managing the day to day operations and customer accounts. Responsible for growing assigned accounts by developing relationships with our customer contacts, planners, and facilities in order to increase volume, revenue and gross margin.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prioritize and complete time sensitive tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Accept, build, & schedule all customer shipments correctly with all pertinent information and documentation in a timely manner.
- Proactively ensure loads are tracked and updated by the carrier team.
- Identify potential problems and provide solutions based on facts and resources.
- Escalate problems as needed.
- Provide timely updates to customers.
- Ensure customer portals are up to date.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Meet/exceed customer KPIs and compliance expectations.
- Assist Lead Account Representative and Operations Manager with load completion.
- Maintain Revenova Accounts and Transportation Profiles with updated contacts and other valuable information.
- Build reputable relationships with Carrier Representatives and Managers.
- Develop strong relationships with customers’ planners, logistics teams, and facilities.
- Prioritize and respond to both internal and external requests in a timely, effective, and professional manner using the appropriate method of communication.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager and team to develop ways to improve accounts.
