DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Operations Representative to source business opportunities and manage carrier relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.**_Key responsibilities:_**- Schedule appointments as quickly as possible and communicate any issues that may affect normal transit times.- Update Operations Teams or Customers with important facility-related information such as limited appointment availability or expected shutdowns.- Understand how to utilize all necessary online scheduling tools.- Assist Carrier Reps with the scheduling of initial appointments and any required rescheduling.- Have a firm understanding of when a reschedule is acceptable and when it may be problematic.**_We offer_**:- At Rapido, we offer competitive pay and full benefits + law benefits.- Commission plan structure- Ping Pong and videogames area.- Free lunch and beer Friday- Savings Fund and private medical insurance.- Paid Time Off.- Food vouchers.**_Schedule_**: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00**Requirements**:**_About you:_**- Be able to make multiple outbound calls a day to carriers and customers.- Driven and competitive natured.- Ability to take verbal/written instruction and execute with confidence.- Team player who can also produce independent results1 years
