**Job Description Summary**

Responsable de la incorporación del personal operativo de las diferentes áreas de planta, responsable de la inducción de personal de nuevo ingreso y asegurar la administración del RIT y CCT dentro de la organización, así como asegurar los servicios al personal.
- Revisión y aseguramiento de la plantilla operativa.
- Asegurar la asistencia y recibir al personal de nuevo ingreso, darles seguimiento en su proceso de evaluación inicial.
- Control y entrega de contratos del personal sindicalizado, así como asegurar los cambios de categoría
- Seguimiento mediante entrevistas de ausentismo a las faltas de colaboradores.
- Revisión y solución de temas laborales con el personal.
- Generar planes de acción para disminuir la rotación y el ausentismo general
- Asistir a juntas de GMP diarias.
- Reportes generales del área.
