Real Estate Sales Appointment Setter

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to expired listings, absentee homeowners, and a variety of other owners, including distressed property owners, to set listing appointments using Vulcan 7 Dialer.
- Overcome objections effectively and professionally to secure appointments.
- Update the contact database with detailed notes from each call.
- Categorize contacts based on the outcomes of the calls.
- Ensure that contact data is organized and up to date in the Follow Up Master Suite CRM.
- Communicate with the job provider via WhatsApp for updates and instructions.
- You will be calling for Desert Homes Professionals as part of your role.
- Process leads from initial conversation, over off market contracts to close if calling for Desert Homes Professionals
- Set appointments for Desert Homes Professionals so the “closer” can attend appointment and close.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in cold calling, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong objection-handling skills.
- Friendly, open-minded, and able to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Willingness to work hard and achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM systems.
- Experience with Espresso Agent for making outbound calls.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp for communication with the job provider.
- Script training for real estate cold calling.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate sector.
- Familiarity with Vulcan 7 CRM or similar contact management systems.
- Experience using Vulcan 7 Dialer for customer communication.
Pay: $12,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
