**About this Opportunity**
As the Dealer Market Manager, you'll implement dealer-centric approaches to market sales by creating a strong line of communication with our business partners to increase sales and market share. You'll evaluate our dealers' performance, strengths, and weaknesses, striving to grow our business portfolio and protect MillerKnoll's presence in each territory and market. As the Dealer Market Manager Mexico, you'll collaborate with and report to the Regional Sales Directors and Channel Development LAC.

- Keep track of the projects in the process by the dealers updating salesforce and advising on sales and price strategies to close the business.
- Bolster the dealers in key opening or closing meetings, reinforcing the relationship with MillerKnoll.
- Direct the efforts of the Brand Sales Rep in achieving results, consulting, strategizing, and following through on each plan.
- Divulge any necessary news or changes in due form and time; while keeping the communication lines open and contact lists up to date.
- Gauge dealers’ results on target, quota, margin, and product share to enforce new strategies to improve results on all areas.
- Collect all sales rep reports to present to management on a monthly basis.
- Network with internal team members from Global Accounts, ISM, Marketing, A&D, and WCS to join efforts in relevant projects or initiatives.
- Advise and follow up on the dealers’ yearly business plans and strategies.
- Be a point of support for dealers’ needs channeling the requests to the adequate member of the organization.
- Spearhead training plans for the sales reps and dealer network and request any necessary specific training to achieve growth.
- Evaluate ongoing performance as well as the use of the family of brands.
- Project new market or new dealer possibilities.
- Report to management on required results, forecasts, and anticipate any problems that could damage MillerKnoll commercially or legally.
- Represent MillerKnoll as a corporate member through posting on social media and events, supporting the dealer network whenever possible.
- Regulate the general acting policies and pricing, discount, mock-up, and gift allowances to sustain a healthy and equitable business.
- Coordinate joint efforts among MillerKnoll dealers and direct sales efforts as an impartial party.
- Suggest to the design and alliances team any pricing or product offerings lacking in the portfolio for further evaluation.
- Arrange necessary meetings among dealers and finance or operations teams to solve outstanding issues.
- Conceptualize growth strategies with key dealers or sales reps.
- Call out any misrepresentation of the brand or any compliance concerns.

You might be just who we’re looking for if you have...
- Bachelor's in Business, Architecture, Design, and relevant business commercial experience.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales in the design and architecture industry, with expertise in the creation, management, and support of dealer networks and distribution channels.
- Required skills: strong verbal and written communication, bilingual skills in English and Spanish, networking skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners, negotiation skills, business acumen and ability to reach sales targets, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work accurately with other managers, experience in setting sales goals and achieving quotas, experience building a sales plan and analyzing data.
- Preferred skills in Salesforce and knowledge of any other relevant software or programs.
