**Position Overview**

The Senior Production Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of production operations, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals. This role involves high-level decision-making, performance optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The Senior Manager is a key contributor to business planning and operational excellence.

**What you'll do**
- Lead the end-to-end production operations, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business goals.
- Oversee the execution of production plans, maintaining strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as a strategic partner across departments including Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to align production goals with business needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead data-driven decisions to optimize throughput, yield, and labor efficiency.
- Ensure proactive equipment and facility maintenance strategies are in place to minimize downtime and maximize asset performance.
- Mentor and develop production leadership teams, fostering a high-performance culture and talent succession pipeline.
- Lead capacity planning and scalability strategies to support business growth, new product introductions, and market demand.
- Manage operational risk, implement contingency plans, and ensure business continuity within the production area.
- Promote and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Environmental, Health, and Safety standards (EHS), and ISO compliance.

**Who you are**
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or production management.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong background in cost reduction, project management, and operational optimization.
- Deep understanding of MRP/ERP systems and data analytics for manufacturing performance.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operations.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and production software tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
