**Your Impact**:
As a Mid-Market Account Executive on our dynamic Mexico Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Deliverect's growth by acquiring key mid-market restaurant clients and expanding our footprint in the region. Your primary focus will be on signing up Mexico's most important mid-market restaurants, directly contributing to our market leadership and the team's objectives over the next 6-12 months. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact, build influential relationships with key stakeholders, and drive our mission forward in a rapidly evolving market.
- **This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 4 days in our Mexico City office and 1 day from the comfort of your home.**

**What you will do**:

- Win and close key mid-market restaurant accounts through a full-cycle sales approach by managing the full sales cycle of commercial deals from first contact to contract signature (approx. 30% of time). This involves understanding customer needs and demonstrating Deliverect's value proposition to drive revenue growth.
- Build a consistent pipeline of opportunities and diligently convert them into successful deals (approx. 20% of time). This directly impacts regional revenue growth.
- Conduct current state versus future state analyses to identify prospect needs and effectively demonstrate Deliverect's value (approx. 10% of time). This involves creative problem-solving to tailor solutions.
- Handle objections with resilience and strategic thinking throughout the sales cycle to maximize closing probability (approx. 5% of time). This requires strong persuasion skills.
- Work closely with the Partnerships team to channel their leads through your sales funnel and bring them to activation readiness (approx. 5% of time). This involves cross-functional communication and collaboration.
- Perform a smooth handover of newly signed clients to the Implementation Consultants team to ensure successful onboarding (approx. 3% of time). This ensures customer satisfaction and a seamless transition.

**What you will bring**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a full sales cycle, new business acquisition role within the Food Tech or SaaS sector.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, with a proven ability to effectively engage, influence, and build relationships with C-Level and Director-level executives. This requires strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Highly proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with strong business development acumen, a competitive drive, and a results-oriented approach to achieving targets and overcoming challenges. This demonstrates problem-solving and innovation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with resilience and a proactive outbound mentality.
- A curious and ambitious nature, with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and aspire to grow within an organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and navigate challenges effectively.
- High motivation, seeking a formative opportunity with the drive and energy to exceed objectives without being deterred by potential setbacks.
- Background or experience in the F&B industry, particularly with POS systems or online ordering platforms, is a significant advantage.
- An existing network of customers and relationships within the F&B or tech industry in Mexico is a plus.
