Builds strong “trust” relationships with clients, creating trust and confidence at multiple levels, including users, key contacts, managers and business leaders, to increase EV revenue and sales opportunities.
Proactively work with internal support groups to ensure a coordinated and effective sales effort.
Analyze customer needs and develop strategies tailored to each organization.
Principal
**Responsibilities**:
- Identification and development of new business opportunities for EVs in Element Fleet Management Mexico.
- Drives revenue growth of EV products and solutions by meeting or exceeds both new sales and retention goals on quarterly and annual basis
- Pursues net new business through support of a high volume of strategic prospecting
- Maintains and reports regularly on a pipeline of sales activity, revenue forecasts and closing timetables.
- Operates as an integral member of the sales team, contributing skills and knowledge to the development of accounts.
- Assist in establishing product development priorities based on customer experience
- Travel up to 20% of time if needed
- Help in the coordination of EV Sales related events and internal trainings
Educational Qualification
Must have:
- Undergraduate degree
- English language fluency (oral and written)
- Sales Experiences in the automotive industry, preferable in the EV sector
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sale targets
- Experience in prospecting and managing sale pipelines
Good to have:
- Knowledge about Electric Vehicle Ecosystem
- Finance experience desirable
Skills & Work Experience
Must have:
- +4 years proven work experience in sales in the automotive/EV Industry and coordination of sales projects with multidisciplinary teams in fast paced environments.
- Work experience in Fleet Management or the Service sector is desirable.
Good to have:
- Understanding of management operations processes and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI).
- Demonstrated technical knowledge related to EVSE, mobility and infrastructure.
Knowledge and Competencies
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and guidance, learning new responsibilities quickly.
- This role requires a confident communicator and team player with robust interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to work with diverse individuals and teams.
- Excellent team building, attention to detail and facilitation skills.
- Excellent time management organizational / time management.
Other Requirements
Must be flexible with work hours according to business needs (e.g., peak activity with clients or when critical issues require immediate resolution).
