**Full job description**

Pay: base pay plus commission

Schedule:

- 9 hours shift
- Monday through Friday, day shift
- Weekends as needed

Education & Experience:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
- Call Center experience (preferred)
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- coachable, empathetic, resourceful, able to help customers, and a teamplayer
- must sound good on the phone

Work Location: Las Palmas

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Respond, manage, and close leads; achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas terms and conditions.
- Manage, develop, and close leads provided by our inhouse department and outbound calls
- Provide the customer an estimate that reflects and respects prices, dates, and moving distance
- Follow the step-by-step script, rebuttals, and calculations given in training
- no cold calling.
