**Key Responsibilities**

Technical Sales Engineering Support:
Responsible for the support of the sales teams in the promotion and positioning of products from a technical standpoint.
Responsible to make joint sales calls as well as make product and solution presentations.
Responsible for coordination of other technical resources whether internal or external.

Training:
Responsible to create training modules for training and education of the inside and outside sales staff.
Must maintain self-education regiment to stay abreast of changing and new technology.

Product Recommendations:
Responsible for the evaluation and recommendation of new products that will provide P&T strong profitability.
Coordinates with Purchasing and Product Management to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained on key switching, transport, access and associated apparatus.

Minimum Educational Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (or similar profession) is preferred, but not required, or equivalent in experience.
