**Position**:
Operations Coordinator

Use the analytical, marketing, and sales data to effectively estimate future product demands. Duties include planning inventory flow, analyzing statistical data, and generating forecasting solutions and reports to give follow up to retailers' sales information.

**Job responsibilities**:
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**)**:

- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
- Plan and control the annual budget for the purchase and consumption of finished products and POS.
- Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
- Analyze and periodically update the product catalog to determine which ones are about to be discontinued and gradually integrate the new features to determine the minimum purchase.
- Responsible for downloading inventory of the system and sending the information to Sell Out Management.
- Plan the replenishment based on the sellout performance and WOS to determine if those quantities are correct with Key Account Manager approval, follow up on purchase order to ensure that process begins.
- Keep the alerts of the Marketing Plan updated according to the launches to keep the monthly control of quantities, prices and cancellations of references by sending a report to the Marketing Management.
- Responsible for all the collateral and brow bar supplies purchase and planning at point of sales to guarantee correct operation.
- Analyze and periodically update the NPD data to sending the results to GM, Brand director and Sell out managers.Locally manage the needs of PBI and online booking requirements.**Profile**:
**Required skills**:

- Analytical skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of multi products (Large amount of SKU´S).
- Organizational skills.
- Advanced in Excel.
- Knowledge of AX Dynamics, or other software related to demand planning is preferred.
- Ownership
- Medium - Advanced English
