**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive customer service team to ensure excellence trough on-time / in-full delivery, synchronized supply chain from customer service to operations, efficient and effective communication with key stakeholders.
- Ensure order change demand trends to propose data driven solution
- Manage customer escalations and propose strategy for effective resolution
- Ensure highest service is provided to our customers, communicating proactively and managing on time deliveries.

**Position Scope**:

- Covers broad set of markets: Agriculture & Construction, Material Handling, Industrial Machinery, Commercial Electric Vehicles, etc.

**Experience & Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required
- 10+ years of experience leading customer service teams in manufacturing
- 10+ years of experience navigating, leading and achieving high performance in highly complex and fast-moving environments

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- Fully fluent in english and spanish
- Robust customer-facing and effective communication at all levels
- Exceptional problem-solving skills especially in difficult situations
- Ability to ramp up quickly on new IT tools and processes
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, knowledge of BPCS highly recommended
