Bilingual Receptionist/ Assistant

We are looking to hire an assistant to fulfill customer service requirements and administrative duties. Omega Masonry is a dynamic company, not every workday will look the same. The assistant hired will do various tasks including but not limited to:
- Answering inbound phone calls
- Following up with clients
- Conducting research
- Making Excel Sheets and organizing data
- Translating for managers, contractors, and clients
- Booking trips for managers
- Making appointments for managers
- Assisting managers with tasks
We are looking for an assistant who enjoys working on different tasks and doesn’t want a mundane job. This is a long-term job, therefore we are looking for someone serious that wants to grow within our company.
Must:
- Be fluent in English and Spanish
- Have customer service experience
- Be willing to learn
- Must have a positive attitude
- Work well under pressure
- Show initiative to resolve issues
