**ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST (QUERÉTARO CITY)**

Education & Experience:

- University degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is required.
- 2 years in a similar job.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP & Excel.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for the control and accounting of transactions related to purchases and expenses in a correct and timely manner.
- Preparation of the proposal, programming and accounting of payments in the systems established by the company.
- Responsible for the correct control and archiving of documents related to its activity.
- Control, analysis and integration of the accounts payable module.
- Registration and control of travel expense accounts.
- Provision of unregistered invoices at the end of the month.
- Attention to internal, external suppliers and auditors
- Issue detailed report of balances payable and overdue payments for analysis.
- Preparation and analysis of payment reports for projection of respective cash flows.
- Verify that all invoices comply with current tax requirements.
- Responsible for the correct coding and recording of expenses in compliance with Roquette's internal controls.
- Permanent coordination with the accounting area to reconcile movements and balances.
- Registration of purchases of materials other than merchandise in coordination with the Purchasing area.
- Verify that all purchases have a respective Purchase Order, duly authorized by the
