**ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST (QUERÉTARO CITY)**We´re a company that is the world's leader in plant-based ingredients, a pioneer in plant-based proteins and a leading supplier of pharmaceutical excipients.Education & Experience:- University degree in Accounting or Finance.- Bilingual in English & Spanish is required.- 2 years in a similar job.- Demonstrated experience in SAP & Excel.**Key Accountabilities**:- Responsible for the control and accounting of transactions related to purchases and expenses in a correct and timely manner.- Preparation of the proposal, programming and accounting of payments in the systems established by the company.- Responsible for the correct control and archiving of documents related to its activity.- Control, analysis and integration of the accounts payable module.- Registration and control of travel expense accounts.- Provision of unregistered invoices at the end of the month.- Attention to internal, external suppliers and auditors- Issue detailed report of balances payable and overdue payments for analysis.- Preparation and analysis of payment reports for projection of respective cash flows.- Verify that all invoices comply with current tax requirements.- Responsible for the correct coding and recording of expenses in compliance with Roquette's internal controls.- Permanent coordination with the accounting area to reconcile movements and balances.- Registration of purchases of materials other than merchandise in coordination with the Purchasing area.- Verify that all purchases have a respective Purchase Order, duly authorized by the**Relevant competencies**- Teamwork- Discipline- Organization- Sense of urgency- Attention to details- Continuous improvement mindset- Result-oriented- Pro-activeness**We Offer**- Salary $30,000 gross- Holidays 16 days- Vacation bonus 25%- Christmas Bonus 30 days per year- Medical insurance- Life insurance 24 months salary.- Savings Fund 7%- Profit Sharing- SGMM Extended to husband or wife and children- Hybrid work scheduleAppy nowTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayoresTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 76090, Colinas del Cimatario, Qro.Fecha límite para postularse: 26/07/2025Fecha de inicio prevista: 26/07/2025
