**Ansell is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Queretaro**

**What your role will be?**

**RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- **Account payables**:
a) Process all local supplier invoices and intercompany invoices and ensure that all supplier payments are processed accurately on a weekly basis.

b) Ensure adequate and appropriate Accounts Payable controls are in place and report discrepancies or inefficiencies to the Finance Manager.

c) Ensure Accounts Payable documentation is filed and archived in a timely and accurate manner.

d) Ensure that all supplier statements are reconciled in a timely and accurate manner.

e) Prepare banks accounts reconciliations for month end.

f) Prepare cash flow monthly basis and report to corporate team.

g) Report to Finance Global Treasure the financial positions to create Deals to protect the FX exposure in the company. According of currency needs.

h) Attend Ansell Commercial Mexico Account Payable and treasury audits.

i) Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

j) Ensure accurate invoice coding, working closely with Management to understand Ansell Org structure.
- **Accounting month end**

a) Prepare manual journal during the month end assigned.
- **Iexpenses**:
a) Audit iexpenses and reimbursement related to company credit card.
- **Tax Compliance**:
a) Review tax requirements in all supplier invoices.
- **Internal Controls**:
a) Following CSA testing program, internal audit reviews each department and verify if they are working according to the control process or if there are risk to confirm in the CSA and following it.

b) Prepare Blackline reconciliation assigned every month.
- **Audits**:
a) Coordinate requests and provide necessary documentation and explanations with internal and external auditors related to Tax, Cash and Accounts Payable.

**What will you bring to Ansell?**

**Education**:Degree in Accounting

**Language**:Spanish and English

**Job Experience**
- Experience in account payable & treasury department in an international company.
- Knowledge on taxation
- Knowledge of general accounting principles with emphasis on financial analysis and planning techniques.
- Experience working with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
- Experience in foreign currency payments.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- **Technical Skills**:

- General understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- **Soft Skills**:

- Keen understanding of foreign exchange policy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills

**Desirable Job Competencies**
- Demonstrates understanding of the company's financial and management accounting policies, procedures, and systems.
- Contributes - within the reporting framework - to financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates agility and knowledge with business systems (Oracle, SAP, QlikView G/L Wand, etc.) to retrieve relevant data for various analyses and for reporting purposes.
- Hands-on experience on ERPs and financial systems in order to possess competency to adopt with a new systems and changes.
- Capability to look for synchronization of information from different systems in order to drive efficiencies.
- Demonstrates understanding of how key business systems and processes impact and affect each other.
- Utilizes analytical expertise to solve complex departmental problems
