**Título del Puesto**: Business Development Consultant
**Ubicación**: Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX
**Responsabilidades**:
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de crecimiento para el área de Property Management.
- Realizar análisis de mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Preparar y presentar propuestas comerciales utilizando PowerPoint.
- Crear y gestionar tablas dinámicas en Excel para el análisis de datos.
- Mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes actuales y potenciales.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar el éxito de las estrategias de negocio.
- Realizar seguimientos y reportes periódicos sobre el progreso de las iniciativas de desarrollo de negocio.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura concluida, preferentemente en áreas administrativas.
- Mínimo 4 años de experiência en desarrollo de negocios, preferentemente en ventas de servicios.
- Inglés conversacional.
- Dominio de PowerPoint para presentaciones.
- Experiência en el uso de Excel para la creación de tablas dinámicas.
**Competencias**:
- Habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente.
- Personalidad extrovertida y orientada a resultados.
**Horario**: Lunes a viernes 8:00 am a 5:30 pm (Posición presencial con disponibilidad de moverse a reuniones con clientes).
