Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Director, Global Sales to join our team at WHG Mexico in Ciudad de Mexico, N/A.

**Propósito**:
El Director de Cuentas Globales es responsable de crear y mantener relaciones con clientes multisegmento para aumentar la contribución de Wyndham en los canales seleccionados. Se encargará de prospectar, gestionar, mantener y cerrar acuerdos con cuentas estratégicas y un equipo ubicado en la región asignada. El enfoque principal del puesto será el desarrollo de ingresos a partir de los segmentos TMC, MICE, Leisure, Aerolíneas, Corporativo.

También representará a Wyndham Hotels & Resorts dentro de la industria hotelera y deberá demostrar un conocimiento profundo de las marcas de WHR. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de LATAMC y brindará apoyo para atraer clientes de GSO a nuevos hoteles en la región.

**Principales conocimientos & responsabilidades**:

- Liderar al equipo de su región, enfocado en desarrollar y potenciar sus habilidades con un plan de desarrollo claro.
- Visitas presenciales para desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones, incluyendo eventos sociales, ferias comerciales e inspecciones en las instalaciones de los clientes.
- Cumplimiento de objetivos de ingresos: Esta posición tendrá un objetivo individual y grupal por quarter. Será responsable de gestionar las relaciones con los clientes con el fin de alcanzar o superar dicho objetivo en conjunto con su equipo
- Organización de eventos ferias, FAM trips.
- Maximizar el portafolio asignado y el de su equipo.
- Uso del sistema de gestión de cuentas para documentar y analizar toda la actividad e información de las cuentas. Incluye reportes mensuales.
- Creación y mantenimiento de relaciones sólidas con clientes asignados o nuevos, utilizando el sistema de gestión de cuentas para administrar el proceso
- Trabajar en conjunto con los demás equipos corporativos para incrementar oportunidades de ventas.
- Comunicación efectiva con clientes internos, incluyendo directores de ventas, equipos de ventas, operaciones, revenue, marketing, loyalty. para maximizar todas las oportunidades de ingresos.
- Asistir a los hoteles en oportunidades educativas sobre cuentas y segmentos de mercado.
- Capacitar a los clientes y propiedades sobre las marcas y la presencia de WHR en la región.

**Educación & Experiência**:

- 10 años de experiência progresiva en la industria hotelera, preferiblemente en el segmento de viajes de negocios o en un campo relacionado con ventas
- Inglés avanzado
- Licenciatura concluida en áreas administrativas
