Job Purpose

In partnership with the Outside Sales Rep and Sales Management, implement a unified strategy that

generates revenue through personalized service and value-based selling. Responsible for delivering

World Class service for approximately 10 - 15 of the most strategically significant Zone customers.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Integrated Account Management for existing key Zone customers in partnership with Outside

Sales; considered a key support resource for the customer
- Coordinates order management activities: order entry, contract review, on-time delivery

performance, inventory maintenance, special handling requirements, product specification

maintenance, returns, and any other customer-related activities in support of customer

requirements
- Applies intermediate to advanced sales skills combined with product/customer knowledge

- Meet/Exceed Customer Experience Metrics
- New business development in Strategic Accounts
- Assigned Customer Business Plan
