Process transactional activities in order to support HR Processes..

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provides routine transactional support such as new employee record creation, promotions, terminations, employee role changes, leave of absence, etc.
- Create new job codes.
- Maintain Job Code Catalogue up to date.
- Partner with Talent acquisition team to monitor Talent Requisition forms are created successfully in Success Factor.
- Approve employee transactions executed thru employee self service channels (Success Factor-Employee Central).
- Executes compliance, operational audits, data analytics on a regular basis.
- Shapes and revises internal HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:
Excel, Power Point and Word

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Bilingual - English/Spanish

Customer oriented

Strong problems solving and troubleshooting abilities
