El técnico de soporte **identificará**, **investigará**, **adquirirá**, **configurará**y **capacitará**a los usuarios en una variedad de temas relacionados con IT. Monitoreando y resolviendo tickets de manera oportuna. Esta persona es la primera línea de IT y, por lo general, será el primer punto de contacto.

**Requisitos**
- Ingeniero en Sistemas Computacionales o carreras afines.
- 1-3 años de experiência en soporte de escritorio en entorno industrial \ corporativo.
- Ingles avanzado.
- Conocimientos básicos de redes (cableadas e inalámbricas) y configuración de sistemas.
- Experiência técnica laboral con instalación, configuración y soporte de computadoras de escritorio, portátiles, impresoras y dispositivos de red.
