**Descripción y Requisitos**

**Main resposabilities**:
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Design and implement employee retention and absentee reduction strategies
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
- Work with HR corporate for guidance about strategies implementation

**Skills required and Qualifications**:
- Education: BS degree in Industrial Relations or related.
- 3+ years working at management level in Labor Relations, Training field and HR related with manufacturing operations.
- Maintains confidentiality; absolutely trusted by others
- Excellent communications and interpersonal relations skills
- Knowledge and experience in Labor Relations, training and development, staffing, legal compliance for HR in Mexico
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- People and Result oriented
- Knowledge and proficiencies in MS office.
- Fluent bilingual in Spanish
