Insight Global is looking for a HR Manager for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity. This manager will be responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and enhancing employee engagement. The manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. By leveraging data-driven insights, this role will drive initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and productivity. Ultimately, the HR Manager will contribute to the overall success of the organization by building a strong, capable, and motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract high-quality candidates.
- Develop and implement HR handbook following US strategy but following Mexico's employment law - You will be implementing US policies unless it violates labor laws in Mexico.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.

Desired Skills & Experience:

· 3-5 years of experience in a human resources leadership role.

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of Mexico's HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

. Coming from a US company or familiar with US HR policies and strategies.

. Warm personality and welcoming to team

. Proficiency in spoken and written English

Salary Expectations: 40-55k Pesos per month
