**Job Title: Tax Associate**

**Who we're looking for**:As a Tax Associate, you will collaborate with Tax Managers on daily tax considerations, compliance, company tax filings, state nexus, and ad hoc projects. Key qualifications include:

- Initiating and presenting effective tax planning strategies for diverse companies, founders, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Staying updated on the tax code to ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws.
- Heavy experience in preparation and review, with broad knowledge of taxation (Individual, Partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp, K-1s).

**Personality Traits**:

- Ownership mentality towards tax preparation, supporting senior tax managers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (advanced English).
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Self-starter capable of multitasking and working independently.
- Strong analytical skills with an obsession for detail.
- Willingness to dive in and meet business-critical deadlines.
- Passion for process improvement and efficiency.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $23,000.00 per month
