**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field and/or 5+ years of related experience)
- 8+ years (progressive) of professional experience encompassing many of the following fields - Production Control, purchasing, logistics, quality, EDI functional analysis, and/or business process planning.
- Time management
- Task assignment and workload distribution skills
- Broad knowledge in Customer Demand Analysis
- Broad MPS skills and knowledge
- Strong customer negotiations skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Procurement /materials planning experience is a plus
- 6+ years of experience in the field of Supply Chain (particularly within the automotive or electronics industry)
- 4+ years of supervising
- Experience in the Automotive and/or Electronics industry
- Bilingual Spanish-English
**Knowledge**:
- Broad knowledge of overall business practices, demand forecasting, customer service, and inventory control
- Working knowledge of assigned commodities, material control methods, scheduling processes
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project etc.)
- Solid organization and time/project management skills
- Experience with SAP (experience with MM, SD, and PP)
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO-9001 standards and requirements.
- Knowledge in a NAFTA Customs environment
