**Responsibilities**:
Review and validate incoming and outgoing data files; perform internal analysis and reporting on specific business processes and procedures.
Work within a variety of systems and tools to diagnose, triage, communicate, and report on processes within internal and external business units.
Develop informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
Redesign existing processes to meet current standards and create new processes and procedures.
Act as first level of support, advising end users and elevating issues to a higher tier of support when appropriate.
Task resolution for Helpdesk tickets and requests.

**Qualifications**:
Excellent English proficiency
Will be travelling, so passport & Visa are required
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with technology, specifically programs like Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Basic networking experience with TCP/IP and Windows network.
Basic system administration experience, Windows preferred.
IT/Computer experience.
Basic Microsoft Office experience, including Word and Excel.
Technical degree or Microsoft certifications.
Prior technical support/call center experience.
