The main mission for **Sales Operations Coordinator **, is to work with Sales, Manufacturing Sites and Customer Service team to consolidate the region challenges (in terms of supply and capacity limitations) _to provide visibility to the Business Unit SVP and communicate the good execution of the Revenue Forecast. The Revenue Forecast provides visibility to Corporate Business Group for Financial analysis and external communication _.

**A week in the life of a Sales Operations Coordinator**
- You will be **analyzing and assessing **the allocation of the chips between manufacturing sites and customers.
- You will be **analyzing and identifying **risk and opportunity for invoicing and inventory levels.
- You will **consult and audit **the forecast with Account Managers and Customer Service, to keep it accurate and realistic in order to reduce short term over estimation.
- You will **keep a tracking **on the current productions, upsides and downside orders in order to adjust the forecast tools and assure materials and capacity availability.
- You will **be in contact **with technical consultant; product managers and sourcing teams to be updated on the chips migration and end of life to assure their availability or depletion.
- You will **be presenting **all possible scenarios to Business Unit Sales Vice-President, explaining precisely the differences versus previous forecast and judging the numbers providing your best estimation and recommendation.
- You will **be attending **the SDPR (Sales Demand Planning Review) monthly meetings with Executive Vice-president and management to help presenting the regional numbers acting as SVP support.
- You will **need to manage **chips allocation along with Customer Service, Sales, SVP and manufacturing sites in case of chip shortage.
- **Collaborate **in the improvement & development S&OP process and tools.

**Requirements**:

- **You must have a **Bachelor’s Degree in **Business Administration; Industrial Engineering; International Relations or any related discipline.
- **You must have between 3 and 5 years of prior **experience in demand management and/or sales and operations planning.
- **To succeed at this job, you must have **very strong data analysis skills, business understanding, and high capacity to manage priority and make accurate analysis.
- **You must be fluent **in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- **We are looking for someone with **good organizational skills and with a good level in excel and Microsoft tools.
