Paystand is hiring a Support Operations Analyst We are looking for an Operations specialist with project management skills to manage support tasks and cross-functional projects with a keen eye for improving operational efficiency and identifying opportunities for automation. This role interfaces with our customers. **Your Role** - Own and drive projects to completion in agreement with relevant cross-functional stakeholders. - Manage a fast-paced queue of support operations requests, prioritize requests according to business impact, and drive to appropriate completion dates. - Draft and deliver Root Cause Analysis Incident management reports - Gather and present measurable indicators of project success via detailed or summarized reports - Organize and drive different teams to complete tasks within project timelines - Understand and facilitate technical discussions with customers **Your Experience** - Skills Required_ - 2+ years of technical project management experience with track record of thorough, effective and timely status updates using tools such as Asana - 3+ years of customer-facing experience managing to successful and proven outcomes - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment - Knowledge of programming languages and techniques, such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and others. - Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills - Demonstrated ability to successfully resolve situations that are broadly defined, complex, diverse, and/or occasionally, unprecedented - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal - Self-motivated, highly collaborative, creative, goal - and growth-oriented, and team-centric - BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience - Skills Strongly Encouraged_ - 2+ years of SaaS experience - Experienced with Enterprise support systems such as Zendesk and other support platforms - Familiarity with Accounting (corporate and SMB), FP&A - Experience working for a Start-Up - Skills Nice to Have_ - ERPs, Bookkeeping software - Fintech, including digital banking and blockchain **Perks** - Salary + competitive equity in a high growth-stage startup - Mayor Medical Health Insurance - Food Vouchers - Stock Options - Daily paid lunch - Flexible and Generous PTO (vacations) - Opportunity for advancement & growth in a rapidly expanding team - Mentorship, learning & education programs - Smart, motivated team that likes to have fun - Mission-driven culture, where your work matters **Availability**: - Bay area/Scotts Valley, CA.
