As a SALES BUSINESS ADVISOR, you will ensure the fulfillment of our company's objectives by providing our customers with the tools, knowledge, and strategies to increase their sales with our products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a strategy among our distributors in Pachuca, to improve their sales volume and revenue.
- Build customers confidence in our brand, products, and services.
- Ensure the accurate correlation of growth and fulfillment of the sell in and sell out budget.
- Ensure execution of company best practices and strategies.
- Supervise compliance with company initiatives and policies.
- Analyze and prioritize key volume drivers while finding opportunity gaps in our client’s performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent negotiator, with proven experience in growing customer sales and advising investors on ways to grow market share.
- BA. Degree in Administration, Engineering or similar.
- Analytical and data driven, preferably confident using CRM's such as Salesforce.
- English Proficiency, able to have business conversations.
- Desirable knowledge in paints and coatings.
- Availability to travel and flexible hours are vital as this position is 90% field based.
