This position is focused on building relationships and delighting our customers through impactful stories, including referrals, testimonials, references, videos, to be published in several media channels; identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities; and increasing loyalty and retentions. - **Customer Engagement**: Work closely with the sales team to identify key customers and opportunity areas for creating engaging narratives that showcase the effective use of our technology solutions.
- **Story Development**: Conduct in-depth interviews with customers to gather insights and success stories, transforming these into compelling case studies and marketing materials that demonstrate value.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the entire content creation process, from initial customer interviews to final publication, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, working to understand their needs, challenges, and successes related to our technology offerings.
- **Sales Collaboration**: Equip the sales team with relevant marketing materials that highlight customer usage and success stories, supporting their efforts in driving new business.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of customer marketing initiatives, utilizing insights and feedback to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, account management, or a related field, with a focus on technology solutions.
- Proficient interviewing and storytelling skills that can capture customer experiences effectively.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver are relevant skills to this position.
