**About the role**:
The Document Review Analyst /QC Closing Specialist reviews loan documents post-closing to identify and correct errors and omissions. This role involves detailed analysis and reporting to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the loan process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review loan documents for errors and omissions.
- Follow up with notaries for missing stamps and signatures.
- Analyze and report on order filling and delivery incidents.
- Document regulatory and procedural differences.
- Maintain compliance content for procedures and manuals.
- Participate in policy and procedure reviews for quality improvement.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and process updates.
- Independently review consumer loans prior to closing.
- Assist in regulatory monitoring.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of compliance regulations related to consumer lending.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to stay current with regulatory updates.
- Experience in quality control or a similar role.
