Serás responsable de desarrollar y consolidar el negocio de la industria financiera, liderando la generación de oportunidades y asegurando la correcta ejecución de los proyectos, mediante la coordinación transversal con equipos comerciales, de delivery y áreas corporativas, garantizando la satisfacción del cliente y la creación de valor a largo plazo.Responsabilidades:La persona será responsable de impulsar, coordinar y desarrollar el negocio, trabajando de manera transversal con:Equipos comerciales locales de cada paísEquipos de delivery de los proyectos en cursoCentros de competenciaDirección de Industria a nivel corporativoRequisitos:Experiencia sólida en la industria de servicios financieros (banca y/o seguros).Experiencia previa en consultoría tecnológica o entornos similares (SAP, Salesforce, core banking, iniciativas de transformación digital, entre otros).Experiencia comprobable en delivery de proyectos, con exposición directa a ejecución, gestión de clientes y resolución de incidencias.Conocimiento funcional sólido de procesos de banca y/o seguros (operaciones core, riesgos, finanzas, cumplimiento, etc.).Competencias clavePerfil senior, con criterio, discurso estructurado y credibilidad frente a cliente.Capacidad para operar entre estrategia comercial y ejecución.Orientación a resultados con enfoque de construcción de valor a medio y largo plazo.Capacidad de coordinación matricial en entornos regionales.Alto nivel de autonomía, iniciativa y visión regional.Nivel de inglés profesional.
