As a Service Delivery Manager, you will manage our team of Field Engineers and ensure the successful delivery of services to our clients.- Initiation, conception, and follow-up of national and international IT projects for our renowned clients.- Management of teams of Technicians, Team Leaders, and Service Desk Agents (remotely)- Supervision and control of the processes and the level of service contractually appointed to the project (SLA, KPIs, etc.)- Commercial and technical collaboration in a project team.- Recognizing and implementing potential optimization.- Support during the implementation of the project.- Monitoring resources and costs.**Be part of us**:Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
