Syntax partners with global IT leaders such as Oracle, IBM and others.We are looking for:Customer Success ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.Proactively identify customer needs, challenges, and opportunities for growth.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, and technical teams) to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with customer goals.Qualifications~4-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer delivery roles.~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers at all levels.~ Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).~ Experience working with ERP systems is required; JDE knowledge is highly desirable.~ Familiarity with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, OCI)
