S. customer portfolio.This is a strategic role, key to driving commercial results, developing talent, and ensuring operational excellence.Main Responsibilities• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Account Specialists.• Ensure achievement of retention and upsell targets.• Manage team performance, talent development, and growth.• Implement sales enablement tools and processes, including accurate forecasting.• Guide renewal and upsell negotiations in partnership with Account Executives.• Facilitate customer conversations that communicate the value of our solutions.Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree.• Fluent English (must).• 5+ years managing teams supporting a U.
