Datacultr is headquartered in Dubai, with offices in Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, Nairobi, and Mexico City; and our Development Center is located out of Gurugram, India.Datacultr's vision is to enable convenient financing opportunities for consumers, entrepreneurs and small merchants, helping them combat the Socio-economic problems this segment faces due to restricted access to financing.We are on a mission to enable 35 million unbanked & under-served people, access financial services by the end of 2026.We are seeking a motivated Business Development professional with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales. Identify potential clients through research, calls, networking, and referrals. Maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase value propositions and close deals effectively.Handle objections professionally, negotiate contract terms, and ensure successful deal closure in alignment with company policies.Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (B2B Enterprise), preferably in technology, financial services, or SaaS.Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Competitive compensation structure with performance-based incentives tied to account growth.Exposure to global financial clients and next-gen SaaS technologies.Remote from Mexico CityImmediate Joining Possible
