Descripción del empleo
Contactar a nuestra cartera de clientes a través de un sistema de ticketing. Capacitación a especialistas de la salud (médicos, asistentes) sobre el uso de nuestra plataforma por medio de llamada y Videollamada. Atención enfocada en fidelizar a los especialistas de la salud. Análisis de perfiles enfocados en maximizar potencial. Aclaración de dudas sobre la plataforma y su uso. Mantenimiento y expansión de cartera. Construir y mantener relaciones con los clientes y empatizar con las necesidades del cliente.
Requisitos
Experiencia al menos de 1 año brindando capacitación, Onboarding o mantenimiento de cartera a través de plataformas de videollamada o llamada de salida. Experiencia con el paquete de productividad de empresas de tecnología (paquete de Google, Slack, Hubspot). Ingles intermedio
